Chelsea is scouting young talent at the under-17 World Cup in Indonesia, with winger Fidel Barajas catching their eye.
Barajas has been in good form for Charleston Battery in the US second tier.
Atletico Madrid, PSV Eindhoven, and Necaxa are also interested in signing Barajas. [ more ]
